EVERYDAY JEWELLERY

A style-related post, what.

Anyone that knows me personally, knows I have a penchant for dainty gold jewellery. A minimalist in most ways. Really, this a refined edit of the contents of my jewellery/perfume drawer and the pieces I wear most in rotation. Cue an ode to H&M...

THE TIMEPIECE: Olivia Burton Mini Dial Black & Rose Gold watch

In my opinion, if you look hard enough on the high street, past the rows of bling and diamantes, there are many reasonably priced dainty pieces. However I think buying a watch is a little different. Parting with a bit more money means it will look the worth of its price tag, come with a warranty and stand the test of time (no pun intended).

Having dabbled in large dial watches and feeling they look a bit ridiculous on my small wrist, I found an alternative in a midi dial from Olivia Burton. In a sea of DW watches, from the delicate packaging to the piece itself, I love it. Plus it looks gorgeous layered with one or two delicate bracelets.

THE SMALL HOOPS: H Samuel Small Sleeper Earrings (available in gold & white gold)

I wear these every day, without fail.

THE NECKLACE: H&M (available in silver & gold)

THE STATEMENT NECKLACE: H&M (last year)

THE STACKING RING: H&M (from a pack of finger/midi rings - available in silver, gold & rose gold)

THE BRACELET: Primark

Now if only my bank balance could stretch to a Celine knotted bracelet.

I'd love to know, what are your favourite places to buy jewellery?
