Choosing a signature fragrance is a personal thing: from the scent, to your mood, to the packaging. On many occasions I've spritzed a scent, quite liked it but never succumbed to purchasing. It has to fit your sense of 'you' or rather, who you want to be.

The White Company's new AW14 drop is in the form of their Day & Night Collections. Now, these I love. The White Company Day EDT fragrance is a mix of jasmine, apple and aromatic cedarwood with a hint of bergamot. To me, all these notes work together to make a day-suitable scent that I would wear (and so would my mum). For the evening, The White Company Night EDT fragrance consists of pomegranate, cassis and patchouli with a soft vanilla base, creating a sophisticated warm scent. This scent smells similar to the Patchouli & Ylang-Ylang candle I can't wait to burn in the winter months, and lingers beyond a single spritz. The only downside to these are that as EDTs, I find the wear time is about two to three hours. But I suppose that's what a Travalo is for!?

Beautiful scents aside, the packaging is solid yet chic, and would make a lovely gift for a loved one, or yourself.

Available in 30ml and 100ml size bottles.
